Our Team
Greg Kruzel
Greg, for the last 17 years, has been a principal with the law firm of Braun Siler Kruzel PC where he has worked in tax, legal, corporate and estate planning. As his clients aged, they developed a whole different level of needs and concerns. There might be a newly widowed spouse who needs help organizing affairs, consolidating accounts and getting a hold on her household. Or we might see an aging man or women falling susceptible to caregivers, housekeepers or neighbors.
Rather than deal with these problems on an emergent basis, would it not make more sense to assemble a high quality team to address these needs before they become a problem? That sounds like a great idea but there is no one to provide those services on a holistic basis. With every passing year, Greg and Brad became frustrated that there was no good cadre of service that they could refer their clients to.
Greg is dedicated to community service, including serving as Chair and Member, the Professional Advisory Board – Catholic Community Foundation; Vice Chair and Board Member, the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy; Board of Directors, Catholic Community Foundation; Professional Advisory Board, Member and past Chair, Arizona Community Foundation; Past Board of Directors, Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation; Past President, Board of Directors and Member, Endowment Advisory Board, The Xavier Foundation, Inc.; and Member, Central Arizona Estate Planning Council. Greg is an alumnus of Class XVI of Valley Leadership, is an AV Preeminent Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubble, and is listed in the Best Lawyers of America, Trusts & Estates.

Brad Braun
Brad, for the last 17 years, has been a principal with the law firm of Braun Siler Kruzel PC. He works in estate planning and estate administration for his clients of ten, twenty or thirty years. He has seen his clients age and they have constantly asked him the same questions: Can you help me with my affairs, financial statements, home health care, bills and expenses? Can you help me find new professionals? New vendors?
Rather than resolve these problems on a typical legal, accounting or financial basis, can’t these problems be dealt with on a fully integrated basis? Some organizations have tried to offer similar service to their clients but they have only done so in an integrated structure, and such organizations are fraught with self-dealing and conflict of interest. If you need an accountant, or a financial advisor, or a home health care professional, use an independent, highly recommended service provider and use them for what they do best.
Our desire is to assemble a truly independent, fully integrated team of professionals that focuses solely on the customer, and not on the company’s self interest and apparent conflict of interest1
Brad is active in the Arizona community. Brad serves on the board of Directors of Altered Tails Barnhart Clinic. Brad and his family have also fostered dozens of puppies over the years for Maricopa County Animal Care and Control, and other related organizations. Brad served on the Board of Directors of Learning Ally (formerly known as Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic – Arizona Unit) and chaired their annual charitable golf fundraiser for over fifteen years. He previously served on the Board of Directors and is past President of the Valley Estate Planners. Brad has been a member of Valley Estate Planners and Central Arizona Estate Planning Council for over 20 years. Brad is also listed in Best Lawyers of America, Trust and Estates.
